How do I install Phoenix tracking pixel?

Same as every other tracking pixel. It's one line of code, which needs to be included in every subpage you want to track. You can do it either within your CMS, via tag manager or manually.

Phoenix performs rating of your visitors in real-time and sends the results as custom dimensions into your Google Ads/Analytics and Facebook Ads account via their tracking pixels. The only step left is to create audiences based on those, as described here.

Currently, for Google Display Network the minimum is 100 people, for Google Search and Facebook Ads it's 1 000.

Based on membership duration setting on side of your ad accounts. Facebook allows 1 - 180 days, Google 1 - 540 days. Default for both is 30 days.

Google Ads allow using users' data up to 30 days in the past. Therefore, you can use smart_audience and interest_score parameters for 30 days in the past (if our pixel was already installed and the custom dimension integration completed).

However, all data collected since the installation of tracking pixel are used to evaluate the interest score and behavioural patterns of each visitor.

No. We took all the measures to ensure that the real person that interacts with the website cannot be identified based on any of the recorded data. Behaviour of users is associated with random strings given to them, the pixel doesn't track any text entered onto web page (unless you asked for CRM integration specifically) and does not record full IP addresses. This webpage and most of our clients use tracking pixels of Google and Facebook too, please refer to their documentation for more info and opt-out methods.

Yes. We strongly advise our customers not to run Phoenix pixel's snippet before acquiring the consent of user, while informing him about the usage of his data (and it's sharing with 3rd party companies like DreamLabs, Google, Facebook etc. according to their respective privacy policies) and allowing him to opt-out.

Whole Phoenix codebase follow "security by design" principle. All data is stored in secured virtual servers and access to them is granted to no one unless necessary.

Encryption of all communication and logging every attempt to access the data is a necessity.

Our customers are advised to allow random identifier (the only thing connecting user with his anonymized data) to be deleted via a button on their site. They can implement it by deleting the a_mt_code key from browser's local storage and cookies.
